We are so blessed to have a variety of wild foods We are so blessed to have a variety of wild foods on our property. Wild leeks/ramps are our absolute favorite. The kids eat them right out of the ground, soil and all. I like to dehydrate them to throw into soups and stews. The leaves make a great pesto.
