A: Coaching fees vary depending on the level of support and program length. All pricing details are shared during the discovery call.
Q: What credentials do you have?
A: I am a Certified Health Coach, graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2014. My personal health journey has led me to explore many different healing approaches, and I’m always learning and staying current with natural health information. Supporting others in their healing is something I am truly passionate about.
Q: Are your fees covered by insurance?
A: Coverage varies between providers. Please check directly with your insurance company to see if Health Coaching is included in your benefits plan.
Q: What is the difference between a Life Coach and a Health Coach?
A: A Life Coach typically supports goals related to career, personal growth, and big life transitions. A Health Coach focuses on wellness areas such as physical health, emotional balance, habits, rhythms, and dietary support, helping you create a healthier, more aligned lifestyle. I personally believe that a healthy body and mind is the key foundation to reaching any other goals in life and should be prioritized.
Q: Do you offer health coaching services to people that are not Mothers?
A: I do, but working with Mothers is my niche, and I see a real gap that needs to be filled. If you would like to reach out via email, we can set up a call to see if I can assist you with your personal goals.

A: I provide lots of free, practical resources to help you improve your health naturally on my website. I share everything from DIY body care and wholefood recipes to tips for natural family living and homesteading.
